Milk 3,5% ELLE & VIRE (50°C)1.700 g.
Whipping Cream Excellence 35% ELLE & VIRE800 g.

 

Process:      Mix all the ingredients together and freeze in the ice – cream machine.
Decoration: With Variegato Salted Butter Caramel FABBRI.
