High-standard Seminars with Ecole Lenôtre
Our aim is to continuously enhance the services and programs of our two educational centers and decisively contribute to the development of gastronomy in Greece. In this context, we have been honoring for years the exclusive collaboration with the leading French gastronomy school, ECOLE LENÔTRE, which has been training the internationally finest flavor-creators for decades, across all branches of culinary art. At the Centers of Gastronomy in Athens and Thessaloniki, in exclusive collaboration with the renowned ECOLE LENÔTRE of Paris, we present a series of exceptional 4-day seminars, placing emphasis on flavor perfection and presentation. Participants are taught techniques by specialized French Master Chefs, the majority of whom hold the prestigious title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (MOF). Upon completion of the seminars, participants receive a certification bearing the stamp of the institution.

Our Centers of Gastronomy boast state-of-the-art facilities covering 300 sq.m., hosting workshops and seminar with ample capacity. These workshops ensure full coverage of production needs in the fields of pastry, bakery, ice cream making, and mass catering, equipped with the most modern production tools. Thanks to cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, participants can easily follow seminars and live demonstrations.
